Street Photography has always been a discipline in photography that I have always wanted to attempt. Unlike other forms of photography it is very different as you cannot set up your scene, you cannot guarantee any interesting shots and you never know if someone is going to come up to you and ask you if you have taken a photo of them. In this project I will target different towns, in different weather and edit in different styles. Hopefully these will be interesting for you to view and show a different side to my photography!
My very first serious attempt at street photography. This took part during torrential rain storms, enabling me to capture some shadows, and also allowing me to hide underneath the umbrella and be stealthy. All photographs are taken with the Fujifilm X-T20 with 7Artisans 25mm F/1.8 lens and edited in Snapseed! Click image to enlarge!
A walk around the Christmas stalls and centre of the city. Such a great place to photograph with a wealth of stories to be told from many individuals. Christmas time has a very different feeling, and initially the City centre was quite quiet, until suddenly there were people and I photographed what I could. All photographs are taken with the Fujifilm X-T20 with Fujinon 15-45mm lens and edited in ON! Photo Raw 2020! I love the white borders on these, they just look so great with these added!
